I hate that people are treating this "homecoiming royalty" crap like it's still high school. get over it, not the most important thing in life.
I understand that "full-time" students are supposed to only go to school but please tell me how realistic this is in our economy...

So professors; don't be surprised when only 1 person out of a class of 20 actually does the 200 pages of assigned readings for the week because you fail to acknowledge the fact that all of us have other classes, lives, and jobs (well most of us have jobs).

Coming to Hamline, I was hoping I would eventually meet someone who I would become really close with and eventually date. I didn't expect it to happen so fast, but I have met the most amazing person and I know it's very soon, but I can't help but feel this could be the one I have been waiting for my whole life. I am not rushing anything because I don't want to ruin anything, but my feelings for them are so much more than I could have ever hoped for coming in to college. As bold as this sounds, I could easily see myself marrying this person in the future!
