So when I was younger my step mother would smack me if I mouthed off/messed up. She didn't do it too often, and until last summer she hadn't done it for a few years. I made a mistake which pissed her off, but now I'm just kind of confused. Like, I'm 20, should I let this happen? As an adult do I have a right to do something or stop her or what? They let me live with them during the summer so I'm grateful, and I never really talked to my dad about it, I think if I did I'd be worried what he'd say and nothing good would come of it. I think I'll just stick it out until I get an apartment of my own I don't know.
I've had the opportunity to hook up with a lot of girls this weekend, but I let them pass because I'm like falling for a girl, and I feel guilty flirting with other girls. My bros are thankful though, because they catch my rebound every time.
Got totally hammered last night, and made out with some girl from bethel. I was still a little salty about the loss, so I didn't give her the shaft. #sorrynotsorry
I've got 7 Casa Blanca bonita-style cigars. I find them hard to smoke simply because they're packed so tightly. I've tried different ways to loosen them up with no change. Anybody got any tips? Or if you want to buy them make a comment. I'm thinking $10. The box is not included.
Do you ever walk in on your roommate and just wonder what the hell happened while you were gone? Or (at least for me anyway) "how did you even get your leg up there?" She likes to do Yoga, she occasionally gets stuck in positions, this results in many a wtf moment when I walk in the room with her trying a new stretch.
Can we please get rid of the stupid N requirements? I don't want to spend a shitload of money on books that have nothing to do with my major. Honestly, for most of the other Hamline plan letters, you can usually find the books for a discount, but not the science books. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if we only had to take one science class, but 2? That's bullshit.
To the person who dumped their whole can of bean and corn soup into the sink in Drew girls bathroom 3rd floor, did you think the sink was just gunna open up and eat the rest of it? I mean are you 12? Seriously, have some responsibility and respect, and throw the food part away, pour the liquid down the sink, and don't expect the janitor to clean up a mess like that. That's rude.
The custodial staff at this school is so amazing and hard working and frankly if you do anything shitty to make their job more difficult (aka leaving your giant globs of hair in the shower or clogging the drinking fountain with your ramen because the sink was too far away), you suck ass.
