This one coworker I have constantly complains that she has orders to cook. She also refuses to do some clean up tasks I ask her to do, and that management had reminded her to do. This is the first time I've had to work with her in months, and I had to train her in 6 months ago and she still plays dumb like she can't handle three fucking orders when she's been here during the slowest part of the night and I've been here for 6 hours. We have a new rule that cashier and cook need to leave at the same time. Guess who's going to end up doing all the work just so it'll get done. This exhausted chick. Tonight I might just snap and tell her to get her shit together or in going to the higher up management.
Treating others the way you want to be treated is so complicated because other people generally want to be treated in a way which superficially benefits their own motives. I guess the superficiality of their own motives negates the issues? Help, this a real problem in my life.
This is my last semester, and I have seriously no idea what's going on. I procrastinate everything, I barely read, and all of my interests have turned towards watching shows and playing video games not only to appreciate those crafts, but to also enjoy myself. I feel like I am wasting the debt I am in for being in school. My other semesters haven't been like this...Ever since I came back from winter break I have just lost so much interest in school. I want to go have fun. Most of this now seems stupid and I just want to graduate...No amount of advice or research I do about what I am experiencing helps me either...What a fucking failure I am!
