"I do work for safety and security, nor will I ever, and I have had some qualms about them myself. However, I do not think it is EVER okay to disrespect the people who work there the way I have witnessed some students doing so. You are not entitled to have them at your every becking call. Believe it or not, the officers do have difficult and demanding jobs, and that is before they have to deal with you. It is NEVER okay to harass the officers when they are giving you an escort somewhere, nor should you harass the student dispatchers. They are human, just like you, so treat them with decency.
