#31622 Rachel, I apologize if you think I'm talking down to you. If you're up to it would you explain why you think that's what I'm doing? I have no issues interacting with anyone who's giving constructive feedback. I have no issue working for women, and not to get too honest here, but there are even times when being treated as a subordinate by women is actually kind of exciting to me when at an appropriate time or place, but that's another discussion. I just dislike when anyone is prejudiced towards me, and I don't get how it's a fair thing to do considering I have no history of treating anyone that way except in self defense. Of course I'm a pacifist and dislike conflict so I usually just avoid it altogether which isn't always the best for my mental health lol. But at the end of the day, my issue is with anyone who uses judgement and power unjustly or treats someone as a subordinate without actually having earned it via proving they are understanding and skilled before expecting me to give them the benefit of the doubt that they know me better than I do as my character is attacked. And I've always felt this way. Not that I shouldn't be taken to task for mistakes, but it can be frustrating when the person holding you to the flame isn't making their case very well. Does this make sense?

#31621 There is that stinky guy who lives in my floor. Although he showers but damn his smell leaves traces everywhere. I even once smelled him in the restroom! Seriously, how could a smell stays for this long in the air?

#31618 Rachel, I let her words get to me because she is my boss and could fire me if she thinks I'm dumb. Also, sarcasm can be a useful form of humor, and I've never been bad about mansplaining to women because I usually get to know someone before speaking down to them. Perhaps if you were good enough at psychology to learn who someone is before offering an assessment of their character you would have earned your position of authority on that subject?

#31617 Can we finally all agree that any random white dude you see who doesn't look happy and positive most of the time is a bigot? If you got anger face on most of the time you're definitely one.

#31616 is it still mansplaining if a coworker is treating you like an intellectual subordinate and you're using sarcasm in defense? Also is it possible for women and minorities to have issues with ego or is that strictly a white guy thing?

#31615 Did all of the people complaining about student loan debt just wake up one day with no knowledge of where it came from?
