Everybody, there is a problem that needs to be addressed: there are certain groups of people that need to be labled as terror groups that haven't yet. I'm talking of course about Team Rocket and other groups like them. Everybody acts like they're just a "mob" but they have done things like holding the good workers of Silph Co hostage and taken over radio communications by force. Did you see any major police presence around the Silph building during that incident in Saffron? No, absolutely not. We need to change the public mindset to make people realize that these people mean business and we should use all resources possible to prevent their attacks. Thank you.
