I'll never understand the argument against hedonism. Pleasure is what we live for To say otherwise is to suggest that pain and suffering are desirable. We want the pleasure that comes with not only comfort, but love, sex, other needs like food and drink, socializing with friends and family, and doing acts of kindness for others. All of these things can be seen as a source of pleasure, so why is it seeking pleasure something what society wants us to be ashamed of?
