#5879 I'm so sick of the pathological altruism that exists on this campus. Just because there's a consensus it doesn't mean that you are right or that you are good. You're a human being and unless you can argue your point completely you have no right to tell someone that they're wrong and that you are the better person.

(E.G.) The Annie Russell Theatre. This is a human concept. So then it wasn't the theatre itself that was disrespected by pot smoke. Rather it was the comfort levels of you folks.
#5880 Look, weed is pretty awesome, and I think it should be legalized. I'm not gonna deny that. But that doesn't mean someone should've been smoking inside a theatre that's 85 years old, whether it was weed, tobacco, crack, meth, or what. It's about respecting the space; I'm sure a bio major wouldn't be too happy if someone organized a coke party in the lab at Bush. I know I'm going to a huge extreme, but my point still stands: people need to show respect to the space, especially when it's a historic landmark and it holds sentimental value for members of the student body.

#5876 It's great that WPRK organized a concert in the Annie, I guess, but seriously???? Smoking weed in a fucking theatre? That is so fucking disrespectful and disgusting. I am so repulsed that anyone would do such a thing. And I hope once people see this, it won't happen again. Even if it means no more concerts in the Annie. Like really. How could you? The theatre is such a secret place for art. Don't stink it up with your repulsive habit. I could legit throw up from the stench.

Since I'm on the verge of finishing my Communications minor, I think I need to say this to all the Communication majors talking about how tough college is.
If you have recieved a C or lower in any of those classes, I worry for you. My prerequisites for my major are twice as hard as any of these classes have been.
