#4475 To #4471- have you actually ever been to a Rollins party? Fsu might have more people, but does it count if the majority of them are unattractive girls wearing crop tops they have no business wearing and guys who spend all of $2 and whine a it the cover fee. Money isn't everything, but it sure makes a good party. At Rollins there are hot girls, guys who are dressed well and people who always keep the party going. Not to mention we party in Orlando- that's pretty much living the dream. Fsu might have the quantity, but Rollins has the quality that makes our Tuesday night parties better than FSU on a Saturday night.

#4472 I never thought I'd want to be in a sorority. I read the horrible articles about hazing and deaths as a result of a group of people exploiting the loneliness of individuals who wanted to belong to something meaningful. Then I got to Rollins, I am not someone who wanted to belong, I just thought it would be fun to hang out with the group of girls I was already friends with and had so much in common with. I'm glad I did, it was the best choice I made. But thats the thing, it was my choice. My sisters NEVER hazed me, and we do not haze. That line people say "oh they break you down to build you back up" is the most ignorant and idiotic statement a bully can make. If someone hazes or tries to haze you, run. it is not worth it. Find a group of people who welcome you because they like you, not because they want to abuse you.

#4469 I was really against Greek life from the beginning but decided to go through recruitment because my friends were. I was caught off guard at first with all the matching clothes and singing because that's not my thing at all. However, I met an amazing group of women that I am proud to call sisters. Underneath all the Rush glitter their are great people. So don't think its purely preppy bitches. Give recruitment a chance. It was the best decision I made.
