I really believe my life at Mac would be a lot more enjoyable if I were on a sports team- club, varsity, whatever. But I'm bad at sports :(
I don't intend to belittle anyone's real-life, emotional experiences that have been shared in this group, but does it not trouble you that anyone could anonymously wreck a group or person's entire social image (or life) by fabricating a story? We've been taught our entire upbringing not to gossip, not to spread rumours, yet we're so quick to read, believe, and share every single faceless account posted on a facebook page.
I'm so attracted to all of the girls in bad comedy sorry I'm so gay
People need to stop with the false equivalencies. Not everything has an exact opposite.
What I don't understand is why people who fear asking about or questioning stuff that "everyone else seems to get" on this here anonymous forum don't just ask the thing that they're worried people will ridicule them for irl. If you really want to learn, go ahead. I'm sure there are people nice enough to google the answer for you. Sure, somebody might make fun of you, but at least its not attached to your real face and name. Be bold!
Honestly I should start going to counseling [for help with anxiety?], but shout-out to Cafe Mac workers who smile at me when I'm not feeling so hot.
The show Dear White People is way too relatable for a black student on this campus.
I think people think I'm a terrible person because I joke about awful shit, but I love making light of serious topics because it's one of the ways that humans can cope with all the things going around them. Life's a joke anyways so might as well find some humor in it.
