#132 During my semester abroad, I learned something wonderful about multiculturalism. In the US, it is generally either a vague ethical imperative or some bogeyman to be feared. I often rolled my eyes at the groundless praise, nay, worship of multiculturalism. Why bother to bring in new cultural perspectives when I'm happy with my bbq, bourbon, and Townes Van Zandt? I simply just didn't get what all the fuss was. I'm murrican and I'm a happy murrican; now leave me in my ignorant murrican bliss. But then the epiphany came. I was pretty smashed on a large number of those pilsners which go down like water and a cocktail (no pun intended) of hard liquors, needed something substantial in my stomach. Then I saw it: like a shining beacon, the light of "Schwarma & Kebab" called to me. I staggered in and ordered a döner kebab, and I realized "this is what multiculturalism is all about." Its not some vague good, or some great fear looming over us. It is just coming together for mutual benefit. We Westerners, we happy Westerners can be drunk on any given night, safe in the fact that some immigrant would make some scrumptious food for our drunken bellies. They too will benefit, for I was too drunk to pick up the change. This, friends, Scots, upperclassmen (and lowerclassmen) is what multiculturalism is all about: drunken exchange and mutual benefit.

#127 Dammit I'm mad Evil is a deed as I live. God, am I reviled? I rise, my bed on a sun, I melt. To be not one man emanating is sad. I piss. Alas it is so late. Who stops to help? Man, it is hot. I'm in it. I tell. I am not a devil. I level "Mad Dog". Ah, say burning is as a deified gulp in my halo of a mired rum tin. I erase many men. Oh, to be man, a sin. Is evil in a clam? In a trap? No. It is open. On it I was stuck. Rats peed on hope. Elsewhere dips a web. Be still if I fill its ebb. Ew, a spider ... eh? We sleep. Oh no! Deep, stark cuts saw it in one position. Part animal, can I live? Sin is a name. Both, one ... my names are in it. Murder? I'm a fool. A hymn I plug, Deified as a sign in ruby ash - a Goddam level I lived at. On mail let it in. I'm it. Oh, sit in ample hot spots. Oh, wet! A loss it is alas (sip). I'd assign it a name. Name not one bottle minus an ode by me: "Sir, I deliver. I'm a dog." Evil is a deed as I live. Dammit I'm mad.

#126 I don't think that the school should be sponsoring a campaign as ridiculous and controversial as the More than Words. I can't say crazy? are you serious? Who would even get offended by that? Handicapped? My brother is handicapped, and it is a term he uses to describe himself! I called him up when I heard about this. It offends him even more when people need to be so PC around him that they are in fact repeatedly shoving his disability in his face. This campaign is unacceptable.
