#2366 The mental gymnastics happening on this page are astounding. I'm guessing most people here claim to believe that no one should be discriminated against based on race or other immutable characteristics, yet are gleeful to be prejudiced against white people. Maybe it's time to start treating people as individuals, not as a representation of a group they didn't choose to be a part of. There is more to someone than their identity. Of course, life in America is certainly harder for some folks based on how they were born and it's a real shame. Of course we should work to address it. But the lack of intellectual consistency is troubling to me .
