I understand that there is snow. But that does not give smokers permission to be closer than 25 ft to the buildings. You decide to smoke, at least walk out a ways.
Don't take offense at the confessions on here, internet trolls are everywhere.
I hate that my friends always invite me or guilt me into going to their organizations' events but when I bring up an event in which I am actually participating, they don't even bother. So now I have just accepted that they care more about having fun than supporting me so I don't really bring up any of my events around them anymore because I know they won't show up anyway.
This is for all those that think they're lives are miserable. Your life could actually be miserable but rise above it. At least you don't have an estimated time limit before you disappear off the earth. You must learn to live, laugh, and love. Forgive those that have wronged you and forget the bad. Remember the good. You have a chance to live in this world. Time doesn't stop or slow down for anyone so do what you can with your precious life you've been given. You don't know when you'll be gone so do what you can. I pretty much know when I'll be gone. I have so many regrets about my past but I don't want to waste my seconds crying about things that are no longer around. Live to be remembered as someone great. The definition of great is different for everyone. So be what you think greatness is. Respect.
I saw this girl on campus that I've never seen before and didn't know who she was so I went creeping around Facebook... I did a ton of creeping actually hahaha (sorry not sorry) but I somehow found her... Curly Sowler. I'd like to anonymously confess to you that you're the prettiest girl I've ever seen.
I have my own definition of cool as well. To me, a person who is cool is a person that is conscious of the world around them. They see the good and the bad, and make an effort to change the bad in the world. They volunteer. They speak out against injustice. They take an active role in saving the environment, contributing to society, and helping others who need it most. They may have a good time and may drink occasionally, but they don't let a sense of "laziness" stop them from doing what's right. They are the people working towards a brighter future, and to me they are cool.
A rumor has been circulating for a few months now about what happens with our declining balance in January. I just overheard the head of dining services talking about it so here's the deal: In mid-January, all your DB associated with a meal plan disappears. It does NOT roll over into the next semester this year. If you added extra money to your account with a credit card, cash, etc, it's not going anywhere.
