I started falling back into my Depression today. I realized that all I really wanted, and what might pull me back out, just a little bit, was to tell someone. They wouldn't even have to tell me that everything is going to be ok. But then I realized that I couldn't think of a single person I could tell who wouldn't shame me for it or make Mr feel guilty for burdening them.
Now I'm not sure if I'll be able to get myself out of bed in the morning.
