Beer pong is such an overrated drinking game. There is nothing worse than going to a Hamline party and having half the party staring like zombies at a boring cup game and not socializing. Especially the parties where it's hot and you cannot even get through the room, let alone with a giant ass table in the way.

Looks like my catholic high school uniforms are helpful once I graduated, I use them to hide my dildos in when I'm at home!

I'm the one who said he could vomit on cue cause I was so heartbroken. I haven't forgotten that pain, but it has passed and I feel very alive and well.

We have a family friend who brings us leftover bread from his bakery. He recently brought us 6 baguettes. It was far to much bread to eat before they went bad. Solution? Baguette swordfight.

My family is the all American stereotype, ergo, they are republicans who like to hunt, fish, are god loving with wives who tend the house and they never talk about feelings unless it's to express how they don't like something. My cousin is gay, and as you can guess that went over about as well as a lead balloon. My family's main concern about my cousin is that he threatens their perceived masculinity and my uncle is worried he now has nothing in common with his son. My cousin is only making it worse by trying to act how he sees gay people portrayed in the media to feel more accepted by his choice of gender preference. He's stopped going hunting and fishing and started wearing very tight clothes and my family isn't happy. Surprisingly my cousin isn't either, he says he liked hunting but it's not something gay people do, so he isn't going to either. This whole experience leads me to the belief that (while this wouldn't solve everything) a change in how the media portrays gay people would help those who are uncomfortable with it. If my family and cousin saw gay people in the media who weren't "a girls best friend" who acted just like they do (or at least did the masculine activities without the feminine actions that could accompany them) then I think my family and cousin would be more comfortable with each other. My family would see that being gay doesn't threaten their own perception of masculinity and my cousin would see he wouldn't have to give up a part of himself to be accepted. Does this idea have merit or am I being foolish?
