I kind of hate penetrative sex. I've just never enjoyed it, and it's usually super painful. I always want to have sex, because I like being close to people and cuddling and touching, but I'm always either waiting for the penetrative part to be over and breathing a sigh of relief when it is, or worse, in pretty bad pain. Sometimes I even still bleed. And it's not like I don't get wet, because I do, but...I just never enjoy it. Even if they play with my clit, and even if there's lots of foreplay. I'm capable of getting off by masturbation, but I never even finger myself because I like, hate it. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not sure if it's mental/physical or both. I have sexual abuse in my past, so maybe that's it. I think I'm terrified of having something go up there. I want to enjoy sex so bad, but I just don't :(
Taking sociology classes on gender roles really makes me aware that sexism is everywhere. I started to notice that my boyfriend has been treating me like he is superior, and since I am a girl I am automatically weaker. I've was an athlete for years so that is not true, not is it true with any other females out there. I wish he knew that I am fully capable of doing yardwork, house work, heavy lifting, using tools, etc. when I told him that he was treating me like I was less and was being sexist, his response: "you are just overthinking it". He also implied that sexism doesn't really exist. Should I be as upset as I am or should I drop it?..I won't let him off easy.

For some of us, the person we were supposed to be with are no longer with us anymore.
