I am physically attracted to most college age Asian women I see.
Reasons to believe in gender equality while rejecting feminism:
1. You think that feminists demand rights for women that nobody has, male or female
2. You think that while men can be found in positions of power, they don't take their gender into account when making decisions
3. You think raw statistics don't prove misogyny
4. You think there are more reasonable explanations for those statistics than misogyny
5. You can cite ample statistics that show men in the aggregate as worse off than women in some areas, but you know that doesn't prove misandry
7. You respect the goals of the First and/or Second Waves but think the Third Wave has lost sight of original intent
8. You believe in the principle of innocent until proven guilty, even in alleged rape cases
9. You think teaching girls that they are victims isn't empowering, it's discouraging
10. You don't think the label "feminist" is appropriate for a gender-equality movement
11. You think that thinking in terms of aggregates and group labels undermines personal justice
12. You think condemning America as a rape culture is silly when you compare American laws and rape statistics to other countries'
13. You read this entire post with an open mind
Let me know what you think, Hamline. I'd like to hear new voices, if possible.

Long distance relationships?! How? I think it sucks that I dont even see my girlfriend at the U.
To whoever posted about the Daniel Tosh instance, he didn't just silence a heckler, he silenced someone telling him rape isn't funny, and he responded by saying, "Wouldn't it be funny if I raped you right now?". Tell the whole story. Also, I love comedy and watch it a lot but I understand that some jokes are hurtful to people, and it's not okay to even joke about something just because you're a comedian. You don't need to be offensive to be funny do you?
Hi all. Sorry to post another rooming one, but a friend and I are getting an apartment OFF campus. It will be in dinky town, most likely stadium view or the Elysian. The price will be 450-500. It's about a 15 minute drive and also near the bus stop and light rail. If you're interested feel free to leave a comment with your preferred living style (overnight guests, cleanliness, etc.) or just like this and I can pm you if we think we'll be good together. Oh and we're looking for two people so possibly you and a friend!
She was only the stable girl, but all of the horse manure.
