#2812 I am the author of #2162 responding to everyone that seems to sympathize with the guy that was probably drunk. Would it make you feel different if I said I have a 12 hour shift in the morning and had to get up at 5? Well, I did, and I ended up not getting a wink of sleep that night because this guy woke me up after having finally drifted into sleep from trying since midnight because of insomnia. I think the worst part was that I could hear him and he wasnt even in the same complex as I was.
