"I had 14,000 bitcoins this morning. When I was in high school, I built a GPU cluster. I actually got a grant from some company to do it. I ran a little bit of boinc, but I mostly mined bitcoins (this was in 2009 and 2010, when blocks were easy to discover).
I just exchanged 12,500 bitcoins. There is a crazy bubble right now and I want out.
I made $3,000,000. I have to warn my banks, because they might think it's weird when I start getting dozens of $10,000 Mt. Gox and bitomax deposits. I can't even begin to fathom that. That number means nothing to me, because it is so far beyond my comprehension.
What should I do? Should I tell my friends? Will my friends treat me the same if they know that I'm rich? Should I hide it from them and keep living as I normally do? Would I be lying to them if I do that? I don't want to lie to my friends, but I don't want them to think that I'm rich."
