"Why is the pay lot under construction now? They couldn't wait until spring break? I mean seriously. I just will never understand why ULL can't ever figure out the parking situation and there is enough parking on campus for faculty and staff without having to sacrifice the paved part of the pay lot. I absolutely adore ULL and everyone there but the parking situation. I mean. Why? I just don't get their logic!"
